I got complimentary a double room as an upgrade, nice gesture. It had exceptionally good views of the ocean. This location was unbeatable and lovely, adjacent to Mui Ne, the center and the sea in the morning. Truly enjoyed the nearby Katie's Coffee House, they had my favorite coffee.

Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, great pool, reasonable food and drink, good location on the beach.

Staff is very very helpful and affable and you can park your car onsite. The ambiance is quiet. The breakfast is savoury, and the location is magnificent short walk to many restaurants and shops, and many shops.

We stayed at Hiep Hoa Resort for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hostess was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and she even allowed us to change rooms when we mentioned the noise from the street. The new room we got was just steps away from the beach, which was absolutely amazing. The family running the resort prepares delicious breakfasts and serves fantastic Vietnamese coffee at reasonable prices. The peaceful area allowed us to relax and enjoy the sound of the sea in the evenings. The beach, although small, was clean and perfect for a swim, especially in the morning when the waves were gentle. it was a great value for the price, and we highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a lovely resort in Mui Ne and had a fantastic time. The atmosphere at Hiep Hoa was laid back and gentle, with no fuss or hassle. I really enjoyed the close proximity to restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the area by renting a bike. The staff and host were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to go above and beyond. Our room was upgraded, which was a nice surprise. The pool was great, with a rare depth for Asia, and the food at the resort was delicious and reasonably priced. Whether you're a couple, family, or solo traveler, I highly recommend staying here for a relaxed and enjoyable experience.

Incredible location with private beach access, spacious and clean rooms, helpful and friendly staff, tasty and affordable breakfast options, big and clean pool for swimming.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. We loved being able to easily explore all the nearby restaurants and bars. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. the room was clean and comfortable, providing us with a cozy space to relax after a day of sightseeing.

There were a few minor drawbacks during our stay. the area around the pool was quite spacious, but the sun loungers were uncomfortable and in short supply.

Well located for restaurants and bars, perfect for those wanting to be close to the beach. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Large bungalow with sea view and plenty of space. Good breakfast with a wide range of options, all cooked fresh and reasonably priced. Ms Phuong and her staff were friendly and willing to help in any way. Amazing pool with clean water and fabulous view. Stunning sunrises and magical sound of waves at night. In a quieter part of Mui Ne, but still has a nearby bar to enjoy at night.

I always stay here when in Mui Ne. I love the friendly staff who helped me find my way the first time. They have everything I need: pool, beach access, and free Wi-Fi. Coming back for my holiday!

I absolutely loved the decoration at Hiep Hoa Resort. The colors were so vibrant and cheerful, and it made me feel like I was in a tropical paradise. The general areas of the hotel were also very well-maintained and clean, which is important for senior people like me who appreciate a comfortable and hygienic environment. Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for seniors. There were ramps and handrails throughout the property, making it safe and convenient for older guests to navigate.

I would have asked for better assistance from the children working there.

I had a fantastic time at this resort. The location was perfect, right at the beach and close to many restaurants. The room was spacious and clean, with a private balcony for drying wet clothes. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, making my stay even more enjoyable.

That the air conditioning stopped working a few times, but the staff promptly fixed it.
